Campers Inn $5,000 Challenge Benefits RV
Learning Center;
Brings Total Company Contributions to $81,000

Fairfax, VA – Campers Inn has
contributed an additional $5,000 to the Mike Molino RV Learning Center,
bringing the dealership’s total giving to $81,000 toward the company’s $100,000
pledge.
Florida-based Campers Inn’s most
recent contribution was part a fundraising challenge made during the 2016 RV
Dealers International Convention/Expo. Campers Inn President and owner
Jeff Hirsch matched contributions from RV Learning Center supporters up to
$5,000. The total raised from the challenge was $11,500, including the
Campers Inn $5,000 contribution.
“We are committed to being a
catalyst for increasing support for continuing education in the RV industry,”
Hirsch said. “The RV Learning Center is a source for professional
development opportunities for dealership employees in all departments
throughout the year.”
“As the RV Learning Center moves forward with updating its fixed
operations curriculum in 2017 through its partnership with The Ohio State
University, these contributions come at a particularly critical time,” said RV
Learning Center Chairman Jeff Pastore of Hartville RV Center. “Thanks to
Campers Inn and all those who made new contributions to the Learning Center.”
Those that made pledges as part of the challenge were: Lynn
Butler, Setzer’s World of Camping; Mick Ferkey of Greeneway, Inc.; Chuck Jung
of Colerain RV Center; and personal contributions from Bill Koster of
Protective and Phil Ingrassia at RVDA.
Donations to the RV Learning Center fund programs including
webinars on current topics, training and certification for dealership staff,
essential publications and learning guides, and the Convention/Expo.
Convenient online donations as well as a printable form that accommodates customized pledges and donations have
simplified giving.
The RV Learning Center is supported by dealers, manufacturers,
suppliers, distributors, and other RV industry members committed to dealership
education and the high levels of customer service provided by educated
employees.
